ORDER
When you have found the items you want to buy, put them in the shopping cart, fill in your personal and credit card information. Remember to accept the terms and conditions. When you have completed the payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
PRICES
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in EURO. You can switch currency in the right corner of your screen.
All prices are current prices and are updated regularly.
We can annulate your order if we find mistakes or items you ordered are sold out.
PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards and Paypal. There is no charge for payment by debit card. We cooperate with Stripe’s software and APIs to accept payments. Google, Amazon, Booking.com use the same secure payment.
DELIVERY
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 200 euro.
We send orders on the next working day.
Longer expedition and delivery times can be expected on sales and holiday periods.
We send with Postnord (Danish post) and DAO. We are not responsible for the delays at Postnord and DAO.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy valid from the day you receive the item. The item you send return should be unused and in the same condition as upon receipt.
All Christmas gifts can be exchanged 14 days after Christmas.
The item is only exchanged if the item is unused. This ensures you as a customer that you always receive an item that is unused.
Please enclose the order confirmation that you have received by email or a note with the order number.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return of an item. All products returned to us must be securely packed.
You must return the item using a track and trace number from an available post service in your country.
NOTE: All returned goods must be sent directly to our address. Please contact us by email for the post address.
We do not accept parcels sent to post boxes or pick-up points.
If you refuse to receive your package or not picking it up, an additional shipping cost will be charged. This shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the returned goods.
If you want to exchange an item for another, you must return the item and make a new order via the webshop. When we receive the returned item, will refund the item cost.
Important: Remember to enclose the original receipt or an order number.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year guaranty on products purchased from Elizaveta.shop.
If the item breaks against expectations, just send it to us and it will be repaired free of charge. You can only complain if you have the receipt.
The right of complaint does not cover incorrect handling or gross abuse.

If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address will be handed over to our shipping company, Postnord, DAO, etc., for the purpose of delivering your order.

In order to provide our services to you in the best possible way, we use external suppliers who are data processors and all GDPR compliant. These external suppliers process personal data in certain cases and in accordance with our instructions, in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. Purchases of goods on www.elizaveta.shop are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts. If you have a complaint about an item, it can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Naevnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
